Microsoft unveils New Logo

A flag no more: Microsoft unveils new Windows logo

With the upcoming Windows 8 Microsoft has given up their 20+ year old multicolored Flag logo in favor of the logo you see above.

This new logo better reflects the new Windows Metro layout.

Microsoft has used the old logoWindows since 1992 with the release of Windows 3.1.

We will be reviewing Windows 8 as soon as it becomes available, in the mean time we will work with a developer copy of Windows 8 to bring you the most up to date information available.
